A good example of that would be representing a 25 year anniversary with a Polished Silver metal plating. How do I place an order?

The ordering process is really quite easy. Here is a breakdown of the steps to order a custom lapel pin from us here at Pincious.com:

Fill out our free quote form or email us a description of your custom lapel pin. Be sure to include any design ideas you may have so we can create a free lapel pin mock up that is inline with your expectations.
You'll receive the mock up/proof from us for your custom pin within a business day's time via email. Review the lapel pin design and reply back with any revisions you may require or letting us know you'd like to place your order.
Utilizing a secure order form, you'll provide your credit card details to pay for your order.
Upon reception of your payment we will begin processing your order. Expect your pins to arrive in approximately 10-12 business days.

When do I pay for my order?

When you're ready to place your order we will require payment in full before beginning production on your custom lapel pins.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payments:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)
Purchasing Cards (Government and otherwise)
Purchase Order (POs) from Government Agencies of all levels (City, County, State, etc.)
Checks and Money Orders (clearing time may be necessary)

Do you charge a Mold Fee or a Setup Fee?

We do not charge a mold fee or a setup fee unless:

Your lapel pin requires a 3D mold.
Your order is made up of multiple different designs.
Your order is under the minimum order quantity

How soon could I expect my lapel pins to arrive after paying for my order?

The estimated manufacturing time is 7 business days which starts the following business day from when you place your order. Shipping time thereafter would be approximately 2 business days via air delivery with carriers like UPS, FedEx and DHL.

Do you offer free shipping to an APO/FPO address?

We offer free shipping to physical addresses within the USA. If your shipping address is outside the USA or is at Postal Box then we would require an additional shipping charge that covers our costs to ship your order.

What kind of artwork files do you accept?

We accept the following file formats for your artwork and design ideas:

I have no artwork. Can I just send your company a sketch of my lapel pin design?

If you don't have artwork of any type don't fret! We will be happy to take your ideas from a sketch or even a written description.

Can you create a custom backstamp for my pin order?

We do have the ability to have a custom backstamp created for your order of lapel pins. The backstamp setup fee is $55.00 and is retained for a period of two years.

I have heard of "Rush Pins" from other companies. Does company offer them and what are they?

We do not have a Rush Pin style of pin which is typically a printed design. Though we understand their need and necessity in certain situations, we do not feel the quality fits our standards.

What is the difference between hard enamel and cloisonne?

This is a great question. The hard enamel style of pin, that is sometimes called cloisonne by the industry, will have a smooth face and the soft enamel style will have a textured face which is caused by the colored areas being "lower" than the metal areas which are "raised".

Do you offer silk screen lapel pins?

We do offer silk screen printed lapel pins. Silk screening can be added to any pin that has a flat, smooth area on it. The cost is $19.00 for each color with a per pin cost of $.10 per color, per pin.

Do I have to pay for you to design my lapel pin?

Our custom lapel pin design services are free of charge though we do not allow use of the artwork in other mediums until the order for your lapel pin is paid for and placed.
